While I was living in St Augustine, the owner decides to sell the house and one month later the house sells. I have to move by August 15th which gave me about one month!
I didn't mention during the last 6 years, the few stray and abandoned neighborhood cats in the rural area I as living had grown to a pack of 15/ I did not plan on that. because I took many of them to the vet to be fixed.
Oh, I can not turn my back on them just like the previous owners did, but I am not like that.
So the process of finding a place in a decent rent range with at least a nice back yard began.
After months of searching and being turned down because income is not sufficient to meet the standards set by the landlord for the rent charged. Then there was finding the decent rent, only to have the house in a bad neighborhood!
